What we collect

When you order: your name, email, shipping address, and the items you buy. Payment card details are entered directly with our payment processor, Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

When you browse: basic, anonymous visit statistics (pages viewed, approximate region, device type). Your order bag is stored in your own browser.

How we use it

Only to make, ship and support your order, to send the emails your order requires (confirmation and shipping), to prevent fraud, and to meet legal and tax obligations. We do not send marketing email, and we do not sell or rent personal information.

Who we share it with

Stripe (payment), our production and fulfillment partner Printify and its print providers (to make and ship your garment), shipping carriers, our email delivery provider, and our website hosting provider. Each receives only what it needs.

Retention

Order records are kept as long as required for accounting and tax purposes, generally up to seven years.

Your choices

You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, subject to legal record-keeping requirements. Write to orders@nothingtojoin.com. Residents of California and other states with privacy laws have these rights by law; we honour them for everyone.

Cookies

We use only the storage needed for the site to work, such as your order bag and secure checkout. No advertising or social media trackers.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above will change with it.
